1. Nature of the Platform

1. The eSil Portal allows Users to purchase eSil, a silver-backed digital token, in exchange for USDT.
2. The Platform does not store, hold, manage, or control any User digital assets at any time.
3. Users must provide their own external blockchain wallet address to receive eSil.
4. The Platform does not provide custodial services, investment advice, or other financial services.

2. User Eligibility

1. Users must be 18 years or older to use the Platform.
2. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that purchasing or holding eSil complies with laws and regulations of their jurisdiction.
3. By registering, the User confirms that all provided information is accurate and not fraudulent.

3. Wallet Address & Delivery

1. Users must submit a valid EON Chain–compatible wallet address for receiving eSil.
2. The Platform is not responsible for incorrect, invalid, or compromised wallet addresses provided by the User.
3. Once eSil is sent to the provided wallet, the transaction is final and irreversible.
4. The User acknowledges that blockchain transactions may take time depending on network conditions.

4. Payment & Token Transfer

1. All purchases of eSil on the Platform are made exclusively in USDT.
2. Prices, conversion rates, and any associated fees are displayed prior to confirming the transaction.
3. The User must ensure payments are made from a lawful and authorized source.
4. The Platform reserves the right to reject or delay transactions suspected of fraud, illegal activity, or non-compliance.

5. No Custody & No Responsibility for User Assets

1. The Platform does not hold or custody User assets, funds, or private keys.
2. Users are solely responsible for the security of their wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
3. The Platform cannot recover lost funds or mistakenly transferred assets.

6. User Responsibilities

1. Users agree not to use the Platform for unlawful or malicious activities.
2. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. The User is responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

7. Risks & Disclaimer

Digital assets, including eSil, are subject to market volatility and regulatory risks. The Platform does not guarantee any future value, returns, or price stability of eSil and does not offer investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

The User acknowledges the risks associated with blockchain technology, including:

• Potential loss of tokens
• Transaction delays
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Market fluctuations

8. Platform Modifications

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Update eSil pricing formulas
• Modify features or functionalities
• Change these Terms & Conditions

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Wallet-related issues
• Incorrect user submissions
• Network failures
• Blockchain errors
• Market losses
• Loss of access to user wallets

Maximum liability, under any circumstance, will not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific transaction.

10. Compliance & Legal Obligations

1. Users agree to comply with applicable KYC, AML, and anti-fraud regulations, if and when required.
2. The Platform may request additional information before processing transactions.

11. Account Suspension/Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate User access for:

• Suspicious activity
• Violation of Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• Legal compliance reasons

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
